You'll find Hiro, the pot-hat boy, in the Pond area during the afternoon. He likes pictures of bugs, and requests that you bring him a Cricket card. After you collect the bugs, get the card from Sasara, and give it to Hiro, he will reward you and then ask for another card.
Hiro's requests will continue, in order, until you go through all 20 of the bugs available in the game. Each time you bring him a card he will give you something in exchange.

Once you have presented all 20 cards to Hiro, he will reward you with an Insect Skin.
If you have the Pressed Flower from Sachi and the Insect Skin from Hiro, take both items to Jango to receive the Mineral Rod, which is the best Lure Rod in the game.
