Quick question about winning the game. Do you get a second chance after the first 30th of Winter to get the Fishing Rod, Pickax, and Umbrella if you fail the first evaluation?

I know this is five years overdue, but since others may use this as a reference, yes, you do get another year. In fact, I'm not sure if it's even possible to earn Ranch Master status after one year. I won't say anything more because it would be something of a spoiler.
