First Aid kit

I've read in a few guides about the first aid kit. Does this exist? If so I can't find it. Also, I'm on the Japanese version not the US version, is this only available in the US version? I've been trying to find this thing for a while now. A step-by-step would be helpful too if someone has the time. But at the very least can someone confirm?

I know this is a really old post, but Cher's guide doesn't mention this at all, so hopefully this will help people who want to get all the tools in the game:
To get the Vaccine, you need to have your cows get sick at least 8 times, then it will be available for purchase. It costs 2000G
