Dirk and Sherry are talking together by the café when you join up with them. It seems like cats aren't fond of Dirk; he was working at the café when a cat wandered in. Dirk tried to have that cat come to him, but the cat just ran away no matter what he tried. But when Marian called the cat over, it went right over to her.

You look around the house and find the brothers in the kitchen. Ivan asks Dirk if he is somehow responsible for Kevin's pranks recently becoming worse. Dirk denies that he has anything to do with Kevin, and goes back to trying to cook. He is bothered by his response to Ivan though, and runs out of the house.

You catch up to him by the bridge. Dirk is hurt that Ivan didn't trust him, but even more so because Ivan's accusations were correct. The only thing he could think to do was to run away. Dirk wants to try and grow up a little, and apologizes for you having to see all of that.

Note: You must see each of these rival events before you see Angelo and Daisy's equal level of rival event. Triggering Daisy/Angelo events before Dirk/Antoinette will cause an issue with triggering Dirk/Antoinette's events. There are no issues with viewing Dirk/Antoinette and then viewing Daisy/Angelo; just not the other way around.

Example: You can see Dirk/Anto black rival event, then Daisy/Angelo black rival event, then Dirk/Anto purple, Daisy/Angelo purple, etc. But, if you see a Daisy/Angelo rival event before the equal color of Dirk/Anto rival event, then you break Dirk and Antoinette's rival events and they no longer will trigger. Dirk's Arrogance

Inside the café, Dirk welcomes his latest customer, who turns out to be Angelo. The artist is very hungry, and has come to collect on a bet that they had; if Dirk lost, he had to buy Angelo lunch. Dirk remembers now that he has to pay for Angelo's lunch, and he's willing to do it, but then Angleo tells him that he's been skipping meals so that he'll be extra hungry for lunch! A bet is a bet, and now Dirk must feed Angelo until the artist is full.

Dirk serves Angelo some Omelet Rice, which he scarfs down without making much of an effort to chew his lunch. More please! Dirk has Marian bring more Omelet Rice, Angelo eats it, and asks for more!

When Angelo is finally stuffed, Dirk asks Joan how much he owes for Angelo's lunch. Joan tells her employee that the lunch cost him an entire month's worth of wages. Oh man....
