LoH Download Content #3

On July 10 (in North America - Ps4/Switch) and August 14 (PC) the third optional download content was released for Light of Hope. This DLC added the options to modify the interior of your farm house and modify the farmer's clothing outfits.

You will get one free outfit for downloading the DLC pack. Go into your farmhouse and press the action button at your dresser. You'll have the option to either open your storage (where your seeds are kept) or change your clothes.

Doc's Farmhouse Customization

Doc can modify the inside of your farm house once you see his cut scene. Just walk into the mountain area to see Doc ask you to help him with collecting materials. You can then visit Doc inside of his laboratory and hire his insta-building skills to modify the interior of your house.

Each interior request will require 1000 G, 2 Softwood Lumber, and 4 Stone (or 2 Material Stone). The remodel is made instantly to your farmhouse. You can go back to Doc's to change it to a new style whenever you want. The Log Cabin style is your original house interior.

Melanie's Boutique

Walk to the mountain area to see Melanie having a dilmena about how to express herself. Eventually she realizes she can do that by making new clothing outfits for the townsfolk. After the event talking to Melanie when she's inside Gus' Blacksmith shop will open Melanie's Boutique.

Melanie has three seasons of clothing in her shop, one for the male characters and one for the female characters. When you purchase a season outfit set, all of the human marriage candidate will change their outfits during that season. The magical marriage candidates (Gorgan, Harvest Goddess, and Soleil) will not change their clothing outfits.

The candidates wear their default outfits during Spring season.

4 Donkey Fur (or better), 2 Great Wool (or better), 4 White Dahlia, and 20,000 G

Men's Fall Outfits

4 Cotton Candy Wool (or better), 2 Great Donkey Fur (or better), 4 Pink Carnation, and 20,000 G

Men's Winter Outfits

4 Silky Fur (or better), 2 Great Cotton Candy Wool (or better), 4 Purple Pansy, and 20,000 G

Woman's Summer Outfits

4 Cotton Candy Wool (or better), 2 Great Wool (or better), 4 Red Rose, and 20,000 G

Woman's Fall Outfits

4 Donkey Fur (or better), 2 Great Cotton Candy Wool (or better), 4 White Rose, and 20,000 G

Woman's Winter Outfits

4 Silky Fur (or better), 2 Great Donkey Fur (or better), 4 Blue Rose, and 20,000 G

After you buy all of the clothing outfits, a cut-scene triggers where the villagers thank Melanie for the new clothes. Melanie doesn't see her efforts as anything special, but everyone else appreciates the details she puts into crafting each outfit. Dean reminds her that's the answer that she has been looking for; her way of finally expressing herself.
