Thong thong thong Okey, what is up with Mikey's butt in the new Turtle game? Konami won't be releasing this one until October, so I hope they plan on fixing his rear end! Or at least giving him a Golden Thong or something.

Anyhow, over at the Jeux Video site there's some new screen shots of the upcoming game. The shots are of the XBox version, but it will also be released on the GC, Ps2, PC, and GBA. Looks like the Turtles are off to fight some Triceraton-tail this time!

A large chunk of KB Toys stores are beginning to liquidate their inventory since filing for bankruptsy late last year. There's about 370 stores that will start selling off their toys starting today. Here is an Adobe Acrobat file that lists what stores will have their toys on sale starting today until around February 11th. Time to go TurtyToy shopping!

Some of you might have noticed the new commercials on American t.v. advertising the new Ninja Turtle Burger King toy promotion. You can see a small preview of the toys at the Burger King Kids Meal website. Totally kewl! My Michaelagelo-skateboard guy keeps falling off his fire hydrant though :) There are a total of 5 different toys.

In other news, you might run by your local Target retail store. Some of them have started putting last year's toys on clearance. I picked up the Sewer Playset for only $20 (compared to it's full retail price of $40), a keychain for $1.50, and a small boys jacket for only $5.

4Kids Entertainment, Inc. announced today that it has licensed the U.S. cable television rights to the first 40 episodes of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Cartoon Network. These episodes of the animated series will be part of Cartoon Network's lineup beginning Spring 2004, joining new revivals of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and Transformers. All three were big properties in the eighties.

According to 4Kids Entertainment, the new Ninja Turtles series will continue all first-run broadcasts of new episodes on the FOX BOX, 4Kids Entertainment's weekend morning four-hour program block. 4Kids has already picked up the series for the 2004-2005 broadcast season. In addition, 4Kids will continue to be able to broadcast the first 40 episodes of the series on the FOX BOX.

"The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have won the hearts of a whole new generation of fans," said Al Kahn, Chairman and CEO of 4Kids Entertainment. "We're pleased to be able to broadcast the series with Cartoon Network. Now that we're adding the Cartoon Network audience, we're certain that many more kids across the country will become part of the growing craze and get 'Turtle-ized.'"

Presently, two existing 4Kids Entertainment properties air on Cartoon Network. In addition to their broadcast airings on Kids' WB!, Pokemon and YU-GI-OH! air weekdays on Cartoon Network, garnering high ratings.

September 18, 2003 06:23 pdt

- Tomorrow's episode is #20 (The Monster Hunter)
- The "Nano" and "Foot Tech Ninja" action figures have been spotted in stores
- Stores are also beginning to carry the "fuzzy" coloring posters and normal wallposters. With Halloween coming up, the children's costumes should be out soon.

On October 21st the new Turtle games will be released for Gamecube, Gameboy Advance, Playstation 2, Windows PC, and Xbox. If you preorder the game from ebgames.com, they'll ship a TMNT mini action figure with your order. Unfortunatly you don't get to pick which one of the minis you want, but a free Turtle toy with every order isn't too bad of a deal :)

Next Saturday the FOXBox will be airing all 3 "Notes From The Underground" episodes. When I checked tvguide.com they show the first 2 episodes air at 8:30am and 9:00am. The 9:30am timeslot has been reserved for the premiere of Shaman King, so the 3rd episode of NFTU will be on at 10:00am. The Shredder Strikes Back episode is scheduled to air on September 6th.

hahahaha...ok things are getting a little wacky...

August 06, 2003 05:38 pdt

Last week Dan "the man" Berger sent an email out to the official TMNT mailing list stating that if all goes well, season 2 of the cartoon will air sometime around November 1st. In the meantime we all still haven't had the chance to watch the last group of episodes from season 1! Those should start airing on September 13th and until then we'll have to be stuck with repeats of "Shredder Strikes" and "Notes from the Underground".

I finally had the chance to go through my hundreds of picture from SDCC and dig out some shots of the new Ninja Turtle merchandise that were on display at the Playmates Toy booth. The booth was a lot larger than last year's booth, which was only 2 guys standing behind a counter of Simpson's toys. I'm a really bad photographer and my camera doesn't do too well with closeup focus, so some of the images are blurry; sorry :(

Toys

All of the Mini's toys - posing above the t.v. set that was showing the Ps2 TMNT video game.
Mini April in package
Mini Shredder in package
The front of the booth - Turtle freshness!
The side display case - Inside was the mini-car toys (aka TMNT versions of Micro Machines), the weapon playsets, the mini-car launch track with loop-de-loop, a few 3-toy packaged box sets, the Shell Cell toy, keychain, and the Sewer Playset was sitting on top.
The Shell Cell - Along with some ooze-like toy, a keychain, and the Raph/Casey/Hun 3-pack.
Display case toys - Extreme Sport Don, Casey, Extreme Sport Leo, Foot Gunner, and Nano.
More D.case toys - Nano, Extreme Sport Raph, Foot Soldier Elite (yum!), Hun, a 2nd Nano, and Extreme Sport Mikey.
Side view of D.case - Foot Tech Ninja, Mikey, April, Splinter, and Shredder.
Casey and Raph playset - No idea if and when this gets released.
Don and Foot playset - Again, no idea.
School folder - You can buy these in the Back To School sections of your Target stores.
Foot Razorjet
Closeup of D.Case - Extreme Sport Mikey, Foot Tech Ninja, and Metallic-armor Shredder.
Sewer Lair Playset - A lot of people were walking by and playing with this. The "street elevator" appeared to be easily breakable :(
Metallic Shredder w/o helmet - Very blurry picture :( but you can see the new Shredder toy can have his helmet removed.
Target Gift Card - Out in stores around November. Have your family give you these for Christmas!
Super expensive statues - The Leonardo coldcast figure hooked up next to the new Michaelangelo one.

Video Game

Game Poster - Showing the 3 game characters who will be converted into action figures.
The Stage 1 level boss - A giant Mouser :)
Fighting the Giant Mouser
Raph gets hit - The Mouser wasn't too difficult to beat, but he did attack with flying rockets quite often!
Leo gets knocked out
Group special attack - Even though you can only play as 2 of the Turtles, you can do a special attack that plays a little all-4 shot.
Baxter's factory
Stage 1 area select screen
Looking to fight some bad guys
Combo! - There's a little "radar" screen in the lower right corner that displays where the enemies are. You have to clear the little area you're in before you can move onto the next section.
Street fight - Beat'n up a blurry Purple Dragon. The Playmates booth guy said you can smack the cars parked along the street and they'll explode after a few wacks.
More Purple Dragons - Gotta love the wacky fire hydrents from the earlier games.
More Dragons - They just keep pop'n up! Sometimes the scenery in the game gets in the way of you seeing your Turtle character.
Sewer fight - Running through the tunnels, smash'n Mousers.
Rumble on the bridge
Cut scene - Between "stages" in the game there's a playback of cartoon footage.

The video games will be out in October. The Sewer Playset is out now at Toys R Us and a lot of the other merchandise will come out later this year. The shoes (not pictured) will hopefully be out around September for back-to-school season. Michel Dooney was even there at the booth for a few hours every day signing autographs; he signed one of my Fleer puzzle-piece cards because he drew the artwork :)

Oh yea... Fleer had a booth there as well. They were giving out promo packs of the series 2 Shredder Strikes cards. Inside the packs were a card for each Turtle, which were kinda nifty. Fleer hopes to have them start appearing on shelves near the end of August.

I'm still unpacking from the trip to Comic-Con and still dink'n around with the pictures of the new Turtle toys from the Playmates booth.

K-Mart currently (until Aug 3) has a 30% off sale on back-to-school backpacks. There are over-the-shoulder TMNT backpacks and the rolling backpacks with handles. Each Turtle backpack costs about $17 regular price. I'm sure at some point Target will also have their Ninja Turtle backpacks on sale too. I'm just waiting for Target to start carrying the SHOES and the GIFT CARDS with TMNT printed on them.

Donatello Lotsa Turty news coming out - The latest issue of the Mirage Studios B&W comic is out in shops now. Who's the character who kicked the bucket? You'll have to read to find out. Also the Dreamwave Productions comic based on the new FoxBox cartoon is out. The great LeSean says the first few issues of the comic will follow the cartoon, but then after that it will have it's own storyline.

The new Deluxe Lair Playset will be shipping out to stores on Friday (20th). Retail value is $49.99 plus tax.

The last new cartoon episode (#17) aired this last Saturday. The last 8 episodes will air closer to the Fall season and we'll have reruns until then. The episode 16 gallery is online at fogu.org if you wanted to check it out.

Comic Con is only a month away and Fogu is get'n ready to head out to San Diego, California. Playmates toys is listed as one of the exhibitors so we'll see what new Turty items they have this year. Last year I think they were a little intimidated by the large group of people drooling over the Leonardo coldcast statue. Mirage has some new images of the new April, Casey, and Hun action figures that should be out soon. You can view them at their Toys page.

No word yet on the next release of the Fleer TMNT collectable cards. As far as I know the new "Shredder" series is suppose to be out sometime next month. Hopefully not, since I haven't even collected all of the current series yet!

The WizardWorld convention took place last weekend in Philadelphia and some Turtly merchandise information has made it's little appearance. According to action-figure.com, a company named Factory X has created some concept art of their Ninja Turtle "Head Rockers" (or "bobbleheads" as most of us know them as). There isn't a release date or even actual figures created yet, but you can view the concept artwork via this news article.

ninjaturtles.com Don't forget that tomorrow's Turtle episode is the animated version of the Donatello Microseries #1 comic, circa 1986. It should be a fun little romp through the world of Kirby. No, not that pink puffball but a character named after Jack Kirby, who helped to create a name for comic characters like like Captian America, the Fantastic Four, Hulk, the X-Men, and the Silver Surfer. Without Kirby, many of your favorite characters wouldn't even exist. Granted you won't see those character's in tomorrow's episode, but don't forget about the man that the episode is dedicated to.

The 2nd in command of FOGU noted last weekend that there are new Turtle t-shirts available at JC Penny retail stores. The one in my area has them as well but the largest size they carry is a boys size 7, making it a little too small for those of use who are adult-sized Turtle fans.

New TMNT Keychains New at Hot Topic stores are TMNT keychains manufactured by Basic Fun. There's one for each Turtle and they're about 3 inches tall. They're more of a novelty then an actual effective keychain. The Turtles stand on a platform that you can wiggle them around with the attached stick. There's also a plastic fighting dummy that you can attach to the top of the base so your Turtle can hit it off. The dummy can be stored by attaching it to the bottom of the base. Each one costs $6.99! Talk about an expensive toy but most things at Hot Topic stores are overpriced to begin with ;)

I think I have the Postcard script 100% back up and running. I think it looks a lot better but please let me know if it starts acting wacky.

Today on gamers.com they put up an interview with Kengo Nakamura, the Turtles' game director from KCE Studios. You can read why they decided against a 4-player Turtle game and some details about the Versus mode. The interview can be read from the gamers.com website.

Troz was nice enough to forward the email reply he received from Playmate Toys about the upcoming action figure release:

Hun, April and Casey Jones are the next figures to come out in the 5" series. They will be shipping to the stores July/Aug.
Looks like in a few months we'll have a whole new wave of Turtle toys to buy ;) Troz is such a sweetie!

We all know that E3 is going on right now and Konami is there showing off the new Ninja Turtle game :) The first movie to make it out of the convention is from gamerfeed.com who took a little snippit clip of the gameplay.

mmmmmm..... nummyness...

I picked up some of the Fleer 3D cards yesturday at Target. It doesn't look like a whole lot of work went into making these things. They're basically pictures of the action figures, cut out into model pieces. The funny thing is the Turtle ones have pictures of normal artwork on the front, but on the back is the cheesy picture of the action figure back/shell. I'm not impressed. I guess it's what should be expected for $2 ;)

Well fogu.org's reinstall is putting along so the Episode 03, Episode 04, Episode 05, Episode 06, and Episode 10 are all back online. I also uploaded the gallery for Episode 11 late last night. I haven't finished reconfiguring the postcards yet :(

The 2nd in command said that she found the new Turtle 3d-puzzle cards at Target the other day. Time to go Turty Shopping!

April 13, 2003 16:31 pdt

oooo .da shreddaaa Wow, yesturday's episode was amazing. Totally cool. The Shredder finally makes his appearance! Oroku Saki is definatly one of the entertainment world's bass-ass villians. If not the top-dog of evildom currently on television.

Since Shredder's premiere episode is so important, I've skipped ahead on the previous episodes and spent the whole day working on the Episode 10 Image Gallery. It's up and running on fogu.org

Turtle cards ... make that 294 total cards...

Toys 'R Us has a special box set of the new Fleer cards available at their retail stores. The box has 8 packs of cards and a Toys 'R Us exclusive "emerald" print card. Instead of being a card that has gold or silver writing, the names of the Turtles are written in metallic green. Lucky for us there are only 4 of these "emerald" cards (1 for each Turtle) and the card is displayed right on the front of the box so there's no chance of accidentally getting a duplicate. Unfortunatly, according to the box, there are only 7,500 Emerald cards printed for each Turtle.

I also obtained my first few "Preview" cards today. The front is designed like a Hollywood movie poster, even with film credits at the bottom. The back side is actually a summary of the episode the "poster" is displaying. I really didn't want to know that episode #16 was about such-and-such-topic so I guess I'll avoid reading the back of the Preview cards before the episode airs ;)

April 9, 2003 06:34 pdt

Just to clarify from yesturday...

- The Sewer Cover cards aren't actually made out of plastic, but are metal discs with the information about the "card" inked onto it.
- I was a little dissapointed when I thought I had received the same card twice in one pack. After closer inspection, it turns out that the cards have 2 prints: one with gold lettering and one with silver lettering. Printing the "normal" cards twice raises the total number of cards to 290. If you're lucky and never receive a duplicate card, you'll be paying at least $87 for the whole set. Expect to pay more since duplicates are bound to end up in your collection.

Fleer TMNT cards The Fleer Series 1 TMNT cards are out in stores. I was finally able to track some down at my local Toys 'R Us store for $1.49 a pack. Each pack comes with 5 very beautiful cards. You have your standard character/vehicle/location cards, but there are also Puzzle cards to discover. Collect all 9 cards in order to complete the puzzle. The two "rare" cards are the Sewer Cover Cards (not pictured on my photo) and the Mutant Ooze cards (the Shredder one in the pic). The Sewer Cover Cards are only available 1 in 36 packs and are made out of plastic in the shape of a large coin. The Mutant Ooze cards, with a 1 in 72 chance, are thicker than normal cards. The card itself has some sort of ooze that you can see through the clear plastic cover. You can even move the liquid around with your finger! Pretty rad!

The Mirage website updated a few days ago, adding some nice new toon artwork of Shredder in their gallery. Speaking of galleries, I finished up the image gallery from Episode 6, "Darkness at the Edge of Town". You can view all 144 images at the fogu.org Episode 6 gallery.

Dreamwave comics is beginning to ramp up for it's June release of the new Turtle comic based on the new 'toon. On their front page you can find a link to the Turtle section, which has some really nice print outs of the comic cover. They make for great desktop wallpaper!

Angel Another lucky Saturday morning for us! I did like today's episode ("Fallen Angel") but it does cause me to think for a second or two. We have this new "kid" character named Angel and now that she knows who the Turtles are, do you suppose she's going to become a new 5th Turtle like Zack was in the old cartoon? I hope not, Zack was a horribly annoying fellow. Good 'ol Eastman and Laird warehouse locations ;)

The episode image gallery for #5, "Nano", is online at fogu.org.

This morning an email went out from the FoxBox announcing a new TMNT art contest. All you have to do is download the entry form from foxbox.tv, draw a picture inside the space on the order form, and then turn it in to your local Toys 'R Us store. The grand-prize winner's drawing will be turned into a trading card and also receive a framed comic cover of the upcoming new Tales of the TMNT. I didn't even know that Mirage was going to officially bring the Tales series back, but it appears that they will ;)

Now, I must return to the world of Zelda: The Wind Wanker... ooops.. I mean, Wind Waker...

March 13, 2003 10:05 pst

Fleer 3d cards Next Saturday (the 22nd), the premiere of the new FoxBox cartoon Back To The Future will be taking over the Turtle show's "rerun" timeslot of 7:30am. Not to worry though, the rerun show is just pushed up to 8:00am. Double check your local channel listings for your time zone.

The Ninjaturtles.com site has updated with another desktop wallpaper.

Earlier today Fox sent out a special email announcement to it's subscribers. Lucky Turtyfans in New York City can visit the Times Square Toys R'Us store on the 22nd to attend a Turtle/Fleer promotional event. You can meet the artists involved with the Fleer trading cards and win some cool TMNT prizes. The first 200 people who attend the event also receive free copies of the new TMNT Sourcebook!

Speaking of Fleer, their website has some pictures of the 3-D Turtle cards. Each pack contains 5 cards but no mention if each piece of all 12 models are on 1 card or several cards, forcing you to buy several packs in hopes you can complete one model.

The Episode 4 (Meet Casey Jones) image gallery is online

March 07, 2003 08:55 pst

I know I know, the Episode 4 image gallery is a little late. Blame it on Xenosaga. Fogu.org is unfortunatly offline until around 15:00 pst.

Peter Laird has updated his BFTP website. He talks about the new Splinter costume for the Hallmark mini series and a new promo magazine-type of book called the "TMNT TV Series Sourcebook". He also found a set of newly packaged Turtle toys sold at BJ's Wholesale Club. There's a "Shredder's Revenge Set" that has Shredder, Leo, and Don. The second set is "Turtle Takedown Set" which has a Foot, Mike, and Raph in it. BJ's is only located along the East Coast of the United States.

The Mirage website posted some pictures of upcoming Nina Turtle merchandise. It's like the early 90's all over again; Halloween costumes, school supplies, backpacks, and art kits.

February 27, 2003 09:53 pst

While fart'n around online today, I came across www.80stees.com. They have their own category for Ninja Turtle T-Shirts. They don't have any from the new show of course, but I thought the Michaelangelo Work Shirt was the best one :) They also sell the retro TMNT logo as an iron on patch. Normaly you can buy these at your local Hot Topic store. They're great for putting on yellow jumpsuits like I did a few years ago when we had an "Invasion of Yellow-Suited April O'Neils Day" at Comic Con.

Don't forget about tomorrow's episode! Casey Jones! I betcha he's going to beat the shell off of Raphael

Kevin Eastman & Pete Laird -
New York Badass Cops
Busy busy busy!

The Mirage website was updated other day with some more new Wallpapers, and some pics of the April, Casey, Hun, and Foot Razor Jet toys on the Toys Page.

Peter Laird writes in his BFTP #70 that reprints of the volume 4 b&w comic issue 1 and 2 are in production. Issue 10 will be out around June. The Hallmark mini-movie is looking good too :) Although personally I don't know how well Hallmark can do Ninja Turtes.

As for the new 'toon, I'm liking it more and more :) Last week's episode had anothe cameo role by rookie Police Officer Kevin Eastman and veteren Police Office Peter Laird (as pointed out to me by Fogu's #2 in-command). I spent a lot of time grabbing some screen shots of Episode #3 and put them online on fogu.org's Episode 3 image gallery. I only have up to the 2nd commecial break online so far, but I hope to finish those after doing some laundry today (gotta wash my metalic golden undies!!). Speaking of which, man there are a lot of commercials aired during the Turtle toon! 'da-man Berger sent out a notice the other week on the Turtle Mailing List with the press release saying the Turtle cartoon increased the FoxBox's ratings by 71% during the time slot the toon airs. w00t!!

The New York Toy Fair starts today, and what better place to find out the scoop on new Turtle toys than from figures.com! They've been taking pictures left 'n right and have a bunch of new images of the upcoming Turtle toys :)

http://207.44.182.109/photo/1/showgallery.php?cat=2&thumb=1

There are new images of the Casey, April, and Hun action figures. Also you'll see the new Foot Ski and a toy Shell Cell, just like the one Don used to call Splinter in last week's premiere episode. Besides those new toys, there is a Raphael Sai playset (like the Don and Leo ones out now) and Michelangelo Nunchuckus playset. I can see parents loving that one, but now a days it's the older TMNT fans that are buying they toys. I don't see us walking down the street, hitting people with plastic nunchucks that make Electronic *clang* sounds...

Officer officer, I've been robbed!!
What did the robber look like 'mam?
He had on a orange eye bandana and he hit me over the head with plastic nuncucks!
Nunchucks, 'mam?
Yes! And they made a *clang* noise!
Nunchucks are made of wood 'mam, they don't clang!
Tell that to the guy with the purple masks who's giant wooden stick went *clang* too!

February 13, 2003 05:53 pst

Seems like there's a lot of Flash/Shockwave TMNT online games out now ;) The Konami TMNT site has a little throwing star game while the FoxBox TMNT site has had a complete overhaul and has about 3 little Shockwave games.

Super-Berger sent an email out to the mailing list the other day as well. Seems he's been hard at work making some new Ninja Turtle desktop wallpaper. He also confirmed that there is a Hallmark live-action mini series in the works and the Leonardo statues are out and shipping to comic stores. The April, Casey, and Hun toys should be out late this spring or early summer.

ep 1
919kb, Quicktime
Don't forget if you missed last week's premiere episode you can watch it again at an earlier time on the FoxBox! I had made some little video clips of the episode, but the audio would unsync with the video for some reason. Quite irritating actually, but I have one that's not too bad.

Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird

COWABUNGAAAAAA!!!!!

I hope you all double checked your air time! In my area they decided to change it from 10:30 to 9:30 at the last minute and I missed the first 5 minutes of it. Good thing I woke up early! Of course I also missed recording the first half of it, so I guess I'll grab the whole thing next Saturday when it's replayed.

For those who saw it, what did you think? 4Kids did an awesome job bringing the Mirage TMNT onto the tv screen :) Mikey was cracking me up the whole time! And the cameo apperances from Kevin and Peter were also a riot! You could tell right away who the cops were if you knew those two guys. Kevin doesn't really have that high of a voice, honest!

Turtle Power is back baabbeeeee!

Tomorrow is Turtytime!

The ninjaturtles.com website has switched it's graphics to images of the new cartoon series. Don't forget to check your local television schedules to make sure you watch the cartoon at the right time! It is different for a lot of people even though they're in the same time zone.

The old Turtle cartoon went off the air in 1996, but two years later the live-action series begain airing on FOX. Next Mutation really wasn't that bad of a show. Of course the newest member of the Turtle's gang was Venus, the female "sister" Turtle. After the show's cancellation, most likely due to budget and being seriously overplayed on tv, Venus' reference has been removed from the Mirage website as though she never existed.

2 days to go!

The show's humor-point was removed in 1994 when the series went through an overhaul. Gone were stories about exploding cufflinks and Michaelangelo's pet fetish. Instead the Turtles became hidden crime fighters who faced a new enemy, the alien warlord Dregg. Krang and Shredder made a few appearances at the beginning of 1994 and then at the end of the show in 1996, but they were no longer the major villians. Most of the characters were wrote off at the beginning (Vernon, Bebop, etc.) and in their place was a guy named Carter who could transform into a yellow giant fighing crazy-man. Likewise the Turtles would also "mutate" into freaky giant Turtles because of the instability of their mutated (pre-1994) bodies.

The opening theme was also changed and now included were small clips of the first Turtle movie. The words to the theme song were still the same although revoiced. The music was also changed to sound more hard core. I seem to recall that there was another version of the opening theme that featured more Dregg and Bung, but I don't have a copy of it. You'll have to make due with the 1994 version (and for some reason it ends abruptly right before TURTLE POWER... *shrug*).

Today we have the second incarnation of the Turtle cartoon theme song. Created in the early 90's, the theme uses the same familiar song but new animation. The opening sequence even showed how corney the Turtles can be. Go Mikey!

It looks like FoxBox will be airing a new series called Cramp Twins right after the Turtle cartoon. That name just sounds wrong to me. Before the new Turtle show will be Kinnikuman ("Ultimate Muscle"), although I would rather it be Fighting Foodons..... *pout*

In shell-ibration of the new series, I whipped out my video tapes and recorded the opening songs from past Turtle tv series'. Today we have the origional opening theme, circa 1988 :) Their noses are shaped kinda funny but it's the music that everyone is familiar with! Teeenaaaage Muuutaaant Niiiinja Turrrtlleess..

Yes, the mini-Turtles are definatly out in stores. My Rite-Aid store only had packs of Donatello and Michelangelo for some reason, even though all 4 Turtles are out. On the back of the package there's pictures of Splinter, Shredder, and a Foot Soldier. Those three will be released in the upcoming months. I went ahead and took a picture so everyone could see how small the toys were. There's even a Quarter coin in there so you can see a size comparison. The funny thing is after I took Don out of his package, I proceeded to forget where I put him. Since he's so small I couldn't find him anywhere. Of course I found him a few hours later (In the same place where I left him... go figure...) but I can see these guys getting lost under couches and picked up by crazy seagulls.

I also added some Valentine's Day Turty-pics in the Postcards.

There are some new prototype images of the Sewer Playset over at action-figure.com. It looks as though there's some sort of railroad car that the Turtles can use the exit the sewer lair. I guess we'll find out in the upcoming weeks what that's all about...

Also the mini-Turtle figures (see ninjaturtles.com) have been reported as being available in stores for $3.99 a piece. Some people have been able to buy all 4 Turtles already while some (ARG!!) can't even find the little boogers.
January 31, 2003 09:30 pst

There's only a week left to go before the new Turtle cartoon premieres on the FoxBox! As reported on ToonZone, the 8th of Feb will have the Turtle show airing at 10:30 am, but it's best you check with your local tv listings. Some people have it airing at 9:30am.

If you miss next Saturday's premiere (episode: Things Change), you can watch it again on the 15th at 8:30am. The new episode (A Better Mousetrap) will air at the normal 10:30am time.

AmericanDreamComics has pictures of the new Sewer Lair Playset in action. Looks like we get lots of sounds and anti-Foot weapons to play with. The playset won't come with any special action figures though. Spiffalicious!
January 27, 2003 09:03 pst

According to action-figure.com, the UK will get their share of Turtle Power. Starting in September the new tv show will air on UK telle's and the toys will be out around the same time. Let's hope the Turtles stay Ninja and not become Hero!

For those who haven't seen it, the official opening trailer is available on the foxbox.tv website. The quality of it isn't nearly as nice as the one on the ninjaturtlesnetwork.com, but it's a smaller download.

13 days to go!!

Konami is hard at work on the new Ninja Turtle games. They even made a Konami News RealVideo file of how they are using motion-capture techniques to get the correct ninja-action smooothness. You can download the video from the Konami Website or the mirror on fogu.org.

Peter Laird has updated his Blast From the Past page. Entry #67 talks a little about the Hallmark Channel TMNT mini-series.

Tomorrow is Saturday again, so expect a lot of fake Turtle news stories airing on the FoxBox. They are also starting their first TMNT contest called "Who's That Turtle?". They'll be introducing the Turtles and all you have to do to win is remember their names. I think we can all manage to do that! Fox will be giving 250 people two Turtle action figures. Starting on February 8th, the Turtle show will be airing at 10:30am.

I fixed all the navigation PNG images in the Vernon Shrine so now they are viewable correctly in Internet Explorer.

Happy Donnie! FOX aired a close-to-finalized opening sequence movie version twice this saturday during commercial breaks for the FOXBOX cartoon series. I unfortunatly missed it (was too busy playing with my new Gamecube) but luckly a super nice individual ;) encoded it into mpg format. Unfortunatly the server he had it on was being plummeled by people trying to download it. He's currently working on a solution.

Peter Laird updated his Blast From The Past (#66) with a picture of the new Sewer Playset toy and some screen captures of the new opening movie that aired on Saturday.

So while at Target picking up my Gamecube, I finally found a Shredder toy. I also picked up the "Donatello's Electronic Bo Staff" toy ($15). It took us about 15 minutes to figure out that it doesn't come with any AAA batteries (not mentioned on the instructions anywhere), but me and the King of FOGU got it working. Basically it just has sensors on the ends of the Bo and when you whap it around in 'da air, it makes ninja-battle-weapon-contact noises. "Whoomp" "Thud" "Bump" sort of noises, but there's also a "Clang" and a "Clash" thrown in there. Yep, metal combat noises coming from a wood Bo. My guess is the intention is to have a combatant who is using Leonardo's Electronic Katana Sword toy. The cute purple face-mask fit just fine, or so I thought. Turns out I had it on upside down. When worn the correct way it's a little snug around the eye holes, but liveable.

January 17, 2003 14:19 pst

There are more articles up on IGN and Gamespot. There's even a Video Trailer you can watch.

It's the end of the week and Mirage has updated their website as usual. This week they have some sound clips of the show's Voice Actors playing their character roles. You can listen to the sound clips over on the Sneak Peek page. If the Mirage server is overburdened (who doesn't want to see the cool stuff there!), I threw the clips up on fogu.org in case ninjaturtles.com goes down.

Sam Riegal - Donatello
Michael Sinterniklaas - Leonardo
Wayne Grayson - Michelangelo
John Campbell - Raphael
Darren Dunstan - Splinter
Veronica Taylor - April O'Neil
Marc Thompson - Casey Jones
Scottie Ray - Shredder
Greg Carey - Hun
Scott Williams - Baxter Stockman

The voices all sound quite accurate to me, except for Baxter's voice. I think he sounds too much like a white guy :)
January 16, 2003 12:13 pst

Konami had a press conference today which confirmed the release of the new Ninja Turtle video games. The games for Ps2, GC, GBA, and PC are scheduled to be out this October. There's a small article on PlanetGamecube with the info. Also keep an eye on http://www.konami.com/tmnt/. The site is there but the only thing published is "Coming Soon".
January 14, 2003 06:11 pst

As seen on the Technodrome Forums:

Over at figures.com is an article about the new mysterious "Extreme Turtle" toys. Turns out they're not Turtles dressed up in Gravity-Game clothing but a really damn cool collage of a manhole cover with the Turtle's weapons and bandana's attached to it.

Extreme Turtle

There are 4 pieces to the... thing... and when combined it creates a manhole cover. No word on how large it will be, whether it's displayable on a wall, or even it's price. This could be one of those "collectors who have gazillions of dollars" items like the Leonardo Statue for all we know. We'll probably hear more details about this in a few months since the first piece is suppose to be coming out in June.

January 10, 2003 20:25 pst

toonzone.net has the new Press Release reguarding the new Turtle cartoon. There's even a nice early 1980's timeline in the article. At the very end are the voice actors for the new cartoon :)

Raphael - Frank Frankson (Alberich in "Harlock Saga", Kerel in "Slayers TRY")
Leonardo - Michael Sinterniklaas (Takashi in "Demon Fighter Kocho", Director of the "Magic User's Club!" english dubs)
Donatello - Sam Regal
Michelangelo - Wayne Grayson (Tadao from "Ghost Sweeper Mikami", extra voices in "Yu-Gi-Oh")
Splinter - Darren Dustan (Maximillian Pegasus in "Yu-Gi-Oh")
April O'Neil - Veronica Taylor (Ash Ketchum from "Pokemon", Emeraldas in "Harlock Saga", Mokuba in "Yu-Gi-Oh")
Casey Jones - Marc Thompson (Kevin and Upchuck from "Daria")
Shredder - Scottie Ray (Valgaav in "Slayers TRY")

If I hear April yell "Pokeball... GO!" I think I'm gonna die laughing.

Geronimooooo!!

Instead of releasing the link to the new cartoon theme movie today as intended, Dan Berger and A.C. Farley cut the 17MB Quicktime movie down to a 4MB version and a 2MB version. They plan on putting the link up in a week or two. No need to feel blue though, because instead he put up some storyboards on the Sneak Peek page!

foxbox.tv plans on having some contest to "Shell-ebrate" the upcoming cartoon. My bet is you have to be 13 years or younger to enter, which alienates those of us who grew up with the Turtles and are too old :( Anyhow, there should be some mock-up TMNT "news" reports being played starting this Saturday (11th).

January 08, 2003 16:24 pst

ooo droool

1 month to wait...

I hope you're all signed up for the official Ninja Turtle mailing list. If so you would of received the email from Dan 'da Man' Berger with the link to download the 17MB Quicktime Ninja Turtle cartoon Opening Theme! :) I must say it's got a very "dark" feel to it. There happens to be a lot of Donatello action in it and very little Raphael... not that I'm complaining of course... Donatello is the sexiest one of them all.

On Friday, Dan will be publicly putting the link up to the downloadable file on the Mirage web site.

For those who just can't wait or don't want to download a 17MB file, there are screen on fogu.org.

January 04, 2003 13:18 pst

Ninjaturtles.com updated their site last yesturday with summaries of each of the new season's episodes! Only read them if you don't mind knowing how the season goes and not being surprised when the show finally airs ;)

Season 1 episode summaries

Playmates has also created television commercials for the new shows, which you can also find on the Mirage website here. The files are 5 MB a piece and sometimes it's show to download, but they're pretty cool :)

January 02, 2003 16:45 pst

Splinta 'n Footie

We love FOGU!

So after grocery shop'n at Uwajimaya today, I stopped by at Target to see if they had any of the new toys. They had the toys out in plain view and they looked like they had a good work through :) A few were laying flat on the shelf while the rest were up on the wall pegs. A ton of Leo's and Don's, but not one Shredder or Raphael. Just one Mike, Splinter, and 2 Foots. Grabbed the Splinta and a Footsie for $6.99 USD a piece since they seem to be the more uncommon ones.

At that price these two are staying in their packages :)

Splinter's arms are pretty scrawney, but what do you expect from an ancient rat! His tail is quite long and slender, which is a definate change frome the damp-sock like tail from the origional Splinter action figure. The Foot Soldier's eyes are painted gold (?!) and the bandana fly'n out from the back of his head look spiffy. He even comes with a "Real Working Ninja Cross Bow!".

December 30, 2002 05:34 pst

Giant Michaelangelo

Woot! They're out!

Farmer Mike: "Hmm... I think I used too much fertilizer Dude..."

I finally decided to brave the mall and head to my only KB Toys store in the area. They had the new Giant Turtle toys but no 5" action figures as of yet. The Giant cost me $21.99 USD and someone else had already purchased the Leonardo one before I got there. So I picked up the Mikey instead and left the other's there for a later date. I didn't fell like spending $60 on 3 Turtle toys that day :)

The Ninja Turtle website for Playmate Toys has also been updated with some pictures of the Turtle toys, including the Role Play sets and the Collector's Edition Leonardo statue.

December 23, 2002 05:40 pst

Shredder's Home

Welcome to my parlour...

Mirage released some color images of the background scenes used in the new animated show on Friday. There's pictures of the Turtles' Lair ("old" and "new"), Shredder's super secret evil hideout skyscrapper of DOOOOOM, and various NEW YORK CITY backgrounds. Finally the show is officially based in NYC instead of just being called the-City-with-strangely-familiar-landmarks-in-it. Mirage also put up images of the new toys in their boxes, including the new mini Turtle toys that will be out soon. The backgrounds can be found on their Sneak Peek page and the new toy images are inside the New Toys page.

Also in Issue 7 of the comic there's an update on new Turtle merchandise:
- Reprints of the recent volume of Mirage's TMNT black & white comic
- Dreamwave will be producing a comic based on the new animated series, similar to Archie during the old cartoon series.
- New series is coming along fine. One of the episodes will cover the Donatello 1 Microseries comic that came out in 1986. Kirby and the magical pencil-crystal. Very cool.
- Possible resurection of the "Tales of the TMNT" comic.
- Konami hopes to have new TMNT video games out for Ps2 and GBA around Christmas of 2003.
- New animated show trading cards by Fleer.

Where on earth am I suppose to put all this new Turtle stuff... my closet is already full! *boggle*

December 20, 2002 05:32 pst

Well the reports are coming in that the new 5" and 12" Turtle toys are out in Walmart stores. Luckly I don't have a Walmart within 20 miles of my home.

Instead I've been hunting at Toys R Us ("We don't have any Ninja Turtle toys" he rudely says...), KbToys, the local One-Stop-Shopping grocery chain (which one of the few places that carried the Next Mutation toys), Target, and the rundown K-Mart next to my place of employment. So far after a week and a half I'm still toyless. The Mirage website says they've seen the toys at KBtoys, so hopefully today I'll have some luck. If I could get over this cold.... *sneeze*...

Issue #7 of the TMNT comic book is also out in comic shops.

December 12, 2002 12:31 pst

As seen on The Technodrome:

figures.com put out some new images of the Turtle toys yesturday. We've seen images of the 4 Turtles and Splinter before (although these ones are a bit different), but there are some nice pictures of Shredder and the Foot Soldier.

Foot Soldier Shredder

The website also put up images of the new spiffyroo Roleplay Playsets. There is Donatello's Electronic Bo Staff and Leonardo's Electronic Katana Sword. With real "bash'n" sound effects! I don't know how "real" a bo staff can sound; I guess it can make *thump* noises or someth'n.

December 11, 2002 13:09 pst

SuperBerger sent an announcement on the Fanmail list reguarding the conflicting Turtle toy release dates:

> Mirage chief Gary Richardson contacted the dudes from Playmates and they
> told us:
>
> "Goods will start hitting retail shelves in the second half of December,
> with different items hitting at different dates, due to availability. We
> are not releasing a general schedule."

So in some locations the toys will be out this month and in others they may not. Just in time for Christmas too!

December 09, 2002 10:05 pst

action-figure.com has put up an article about the new 12 inch tall Turtle toys. kbkids.com has the new toys scheduled for a January 10th release date and they're even taking preorders for $21.99 a piece. KbKids also has the 5 inch figures set for a January 10th date as well, even though Toys 'R Us have them listed for the 15th of December.

*goes to double check toysrus.com...*

Okey nevermind that; Toys R Us no longer appears to have a scheduled release date on the toys, but they DO have some nice looking images of the Turtles with the weapons they're going to come packaged with:

Leonardo Donatello Michelangelo Raphael

While KB has the 12 inch toys for $21.99, Toys 'R Us has them for $19.99 a piece. The normal 5 inch figures (as pictured above) are $7.99 but over at KB they're $5.99 each. The Leonardo 5" figure could become the most traveled toy yet; with those suction cups we could stick him to the rearview window of our cars ;)

Kbkids.com has these images for the 5" figures. Gotta love giant Turtle-headed packaging!

December 07, 2002 09:41 pst

Another week, another "sneak peak" from Mirage:

The boys in color

Michelangelo: "I'm still better looking then Raph!"

Instead of the earlier black and white images, the Turtles have been given their skin colors. It looks like their skins are close to the same colors as the early action figures. For a better look at the guys, check out Mirage's sneak peak page!
December 05, 2002 05:32 pst

The latest issue of the black & white Mirage TMNT comic book (#7) has gone to the printers according to the Mirage site. They hope to have it out in retail stores by the end of December.
November 27, 2002 05:53 pst

Skeletoncrew over at The Technodrome noticed This on Toysrus.com the other day.
November 25, 2002 07:39 pst

Another update from ninjaturtles.com, this time there is a summary of the new characters and locations from the new Turtle cartoon show. They call it a "Series Overview". Turns out Hun isn't the leader of the Purple Dragon Gang, but an ex-member who is now in charge of Shredder's Foot army. Check out the article at the Sneak Peek Page.

Super-Berger also sent out a notice on the Official NT Mailing list that the new cartoon is scheduled to air on February 8, 2003. Hopefully we won't see any production delays :)
November 15, 2002 09:18 pst

PwDesai from the The Technodrome forum scanned some Turtle toy information from the latest edition of ToyFare magazine. The article talks about the new toys and even mentions a character named Draak, who is suppose to be Shredder's 2nd in command. You can view the article he scanned if you go to the forum.

The new Lair

Yo dudes I'm hooooommeeeeeee....

Ninjaturtles.com have also released new SneakPeak images from the cartoon. There are scenes for the new Lair (pictured above), the monitoring room, a warehouse, a top-view of Shredder's new super secret evil hideout skyscrapper of DOOOOOM, and Shredder's throne room. Besides the new location pictures there's a few drawings of the Turtle's vehicles. The new Battle Wagon appears to have compartments to hold missles and the Sewer Sled turns out to be a funky little dune buggy. The Shell Cycle is a motorbike with oversized wheels. I betcha Raph will be riding on that one. You can see the images yourself by going over to their Sneak Peak page.

November 13, 2002 05:28 pst

According to a story on action-figure.com there will be a new Turtle Sewer Playset scheduled to be released around July of 2003. We don't know if the $80 price tag listed on the pre-order site is for more then one playset or not. I don't remember what the origional Sewer Playset went for because I never bought one *cry* I don't even own a Technodrome! I'm such a bad Turtgeek...

I'll be on vacation from work startin tomorrow (yipee!). Hopefully I can finally get off my butt and finish those Turtle flannel pajamas I started working on years ago.

For those of you with Internet-enabled WAP phones, the news section is now available via your mobile phone. At least I hope it is; all I have is a WAP-emulator and no one I know actually owns a WAP-enabled phone, so lemme know if it doesn't work ;)

November 07, 2002 12:40 pst

Shredder

Fear me for I have returned!!

Oh happy Thursday! Ninjaturtles.com has released new character sketches of the eeviiill neeeeeenjaaa villans to counteract the release of the hero-sketches last week. Whatta know 'dere's old Shred-Head :)

'da Villians!

For those of you who are "hard-core" B&W comic fans Baxter Stockman is "Back in Black" so to speak :) Oroku Saki has a non-costume-form outfit (sooooo sexy) and there's a new guy by the name of "Hun". I'm guessing he might be the leader of the Purple Dragon Gang but don't know for sure. There's also characters from the Gang and the new design for the Foot Soldiers.

October 31, 2002 20:20 pst

ooooh he's a hottie!!!

How in the hell did we miss this?!

Some of the members over at mikeystmnt.com noticed that there are now character sketches of the Turtles/Casey/April up on the ninjaturtles.com website. Looks like Mirage stealth-updated the site and didn't tell anyone they're up there! Sneaky like neeeeeeenjas they are....

The gang's all here!!

There are color images of Casey, April, and Master Splinter. The Turtles are shown as being black & white, but we all know the Turtles are green so it's not that big of deal if they're not colored in :) This show is going to be so awesome... I don't think I can get much sleep tonight....

... or it's all that Halloween candy I ate...

>> Ninjaturtle.com NEW cartoon sketch designs!!

MeowJin Boo
MeowJin Boo says "Happy Halloween!!!"
now get me out of this damn costume....
October 30, 2002 10:32 pst

Marz Distribution, the folks who released the first beta-image of the Leonardo action figure, has put up a new Turtle toy listing. It looks like there will be 3-inch tall "mini" figures released of Leo, Don, Raph, and Mike. Later in 2003 there will be another run of mini's with April, Shredder, a Foot Soldier, and Splinter. You could have an army of miniTurtles on top of your computer monitor! Wooo FootBattle!
October 27, 2002 19:06 pst

October FoxBox
I am SO stylish...

This Saturday on the FoxBox there was a contest where you had to guess which FB character was dressed up as what character. Even though the new Turtle show isn't currently airing on tv, a Turtle was still featured. Unfortunatly it wasn't an actual Turtle but it was KIRBY dressed up as Donatello. Very strange...
October 25, 2002 17:49 pdt

Ninjaturtles.com has released the final version of the new show's theme song! It sounds a lot better then the origional one that was on the FoxBox Promo cd from back in September. Go to their 2003 theme song page to listen!

Also, issue #6 of the TMNT black & white comic is out at comic retail shops.
October 15, 2002 10:21 pdt

At AnimeNEXT last weekend, Michael Sinterniklaas (producer of the English-dubbed version of Magic User's Club and mixer/voice in Bubblegum Crisis) mentioned he would be doing the voice of Leonardo in the upcoming Turtle cartoon.
October 11, 2002 05:30 pdt

Splinter!
My students, I now have clothes!

Over at action-figure.com they have some new pictures of the upcoming Turtle toys. Master Splinter now wears a burlap-kimono! I don't know if Playmates is aware, but burlap is very itchy to wear. Poor Splinter! He won't be getting hugs from April O'Neil anytime soon!

There are also pictures of the new "Turtle Van", called a Deluxe Battle Shell (???) Vehicle and an updated Sewer Sled called... a Sewer Sled. You can run over to their site and view the news article yourself or view just the photographs in the FOGU new toys section.
October 04, 2002 10:20 pdt

The Vernon Shrine has finally been redone! I bet you are all SOOOOOO excited!
September 23, 2002 06:24 pdt

It appears as though the new series of Turtle toys won't be out this year. The ninjaturtles.com site has them listed for a "Spring" release while action figure sites has them set to be out in January. Looks like there might be no Turty-toys for Christmas, but no need to worry! The release of TMNT2 and TMNT3 on DVD should make for good stocking stuffers! You can go out and buy them right now or you can try to talk Santa into getting them for you.
September 13, 2002 05:38 pdt

Ninjaturtles.com has photos of the new Master Splinter toy. Keep in mind that the toy is a prototype and subject to change. Also Splinter is nekkid in the photos but will be sporting his trademark kimono when the toy is released. You can see images of the Splinter by going to their Toy page.
September 10, 2002 17:39 pdt

Leonardo and Vernon

Leonardo says...

I hope you all are signed up for the Ninja Turtle Mailing List by now! If so you would of received the news from Dan "the studmuffin" Berger about the new toys! There's more photos of the toys on the ninjaturtles.com web site. You can see our new toys from different angles, including the super-styling shell shot! Dan also wrote that Konami has been signed on as the official creator of any new TMNT video games! You can read the Press Release about the licensing stuff at the Yahoo Biz Page. Totally Tubular!

Oh yea... and the volume 4 #5 comic is out at your local comic stores too!
September 09, 2002 06:37 pdt

The NEW Raphael
I'm... too sexy for my bandana...

Over at action-figure.com they've got some new photos of the upcoming TMNT toys that are suppose to be out in December of 2002. I must say they do look better then the origional preproduction photo that's on the Marz Distribution website. Donatello looks as hansome as ever while the new Shredder looks like it came out of the old short-run TMNT Anime series. The only bad thing that I can see right off is that Playmates changed the Foot Clan symbol from a human foot print to some sort of Klingon-like bird scratch. If you want to see all 6 photos click on the Raphael photo above.
August 28, 2002 18:41 pdt

New cartoon news is coming fast it seems like ;) FOX is currently working on their new foxbox website (http://www.foxbox.tv), which I'm assuming is going to replace the FOXKids site at some point in time. Every so often though they'll put up some parts of their site and then take them back down. Even the Ninja Turtle section.

If you really want to see what the new Turtles look like, you can view some pictures of them by checking this page. If you don't want to know, then feel free to wait until they premire. The 1st episode summary was also up there for a time. I know some people may not want to be spoiled with information about the first episode, but it's going to be damn cool. Like 1984-damn-cool.

Good 'ol HorseTurtle let us all know that the official Ninja Turtles Website has posted information about the FOXBox! According to the site, August 31 will be the day to run down to your local Toys 'R Us stores to pick up a promotional "box" full of new FOX cartoon goodies, INCLUDING THE NINJA TURTLES.

So all of you Turty-freaks run down to Toys R Us on Satuday, Aug 31 for cool stuff! You can read the announcement off of the Official site by clicking right here!!!!!
August 19, 2002 12:08 pst

Wile surf'n around today I ran across an article on Toonzone.net about a Preview of FOX's new "FOXBox" cartoon line-up. On September 1st at 7:00pm EST/PST, FOX will have a half hour show previewing the new cartoons it will be showing on Saturday mornings starting on September 14th. There is the potential that the new Ninja Turtle cartoon will be shown. Make sure you "toon" in!

Sorry for all you folks who aren't based in the United States; the article didn't mention any sort of international showing. FOGU plans on taping it though, so hopefully we'll have something to show you if our Turtles appear.

To read the article, click on THIS link.

Yes, doesn't Leonardo look spiffy? Fresh from MikeyQM (and from Kali Gargoyle before that) are some images of the New TURTLE toys! So far it appears as there will be...

TOTALLY COOL!

If you want to see a few more pics, head over to the Marzdistribution website. It's layed out for retail dealers, but you can see what they've got :)

On the other hand, FOGU has returned from the 2002 San Diego Comic con with photos of the new Leonardo statue. See FOGU shine their golden undies with pride! See Cherubae dressed up like a giant Krang! Check out all of the spiffy ness by going here!

The fourth issue of the black and white TMNT comic will be out in a few weeks. Joy!

Also I hope you've signed up for the Official Ninja Turtle mailing list by now. If not, here's some good news from Dan Berger about the new cartoon:
Characters that will be appearing: the four original Turtles, Master Splinter, Aril, Casey Jones, The Shredder, The Foot and Baxter Stockman - sure, there's more - but some stuff has to be a surprise. =O)
May 07, 2002 18:03 pdt

The third issue of TMNT has been out in comic stores for about a week. Go check it out!

Also a little bit of news about the new Turtle cartoon has been released. Read the Press Release here. All thanks to WildCatJ2 for letting everyone know!

October 22, 2001 14:44:00 pst

Well after a few years the old Ring Of Green has become so full of dead links and mismatched pages that it had to be reformed. The updated code for the ROG has been updated here on the main page down at the bottom.

October 10, 2001 05:26:00 pst

Well it's been a few weeks and everything seems to be going well with the newer postcard script (or at least no one has told me otherwise). The older Miva script 'new card' link has been disabled and in its place is the link to the newer script on www.fogu.org. The older script's 'pick-up' is still active for those who haven't viewed their postcards yet.

September 01, 2001 21:03:00 pst

The new postcard script is up on fogu.org and will eventually replace the outdated one that is here on fogu.com. It's fully usable and has some extra features that the current one doesn't have. Feel free to test it out over at the new fogu.org site. Feedback is greatly appreciated.

If I dont hear about any problems I'll assume all is well and switch it over permanently in a couple of weeks.
