Leonardo is the main leader of the Turtle clan and the most serious. He makes the decisions whether or not to fight, except when Splinter makes the decision for him. He is always trying some new excersise or reading a book to try and improve himself and his skills as a leader. Leonardo nags Raphael to use his brain instead of his muscles, but of course Raphael wont listen to him. The two of them disagree on many things.
Donatello
Donatello is the electronic guru of the Turtle clan. He has even modified a satelite system to creat the Eye In They Sky, a tracking device he can use to keep an eye on the Dragon Lord (and even his fellow Turtles). He is accepting of Venus, but he believes that her Shinobi Magic is no where as significant as science and logic. The two of them are always arguing over which one is more important.
Michaelangelo
Michaelangelo is the resident goofball. He is always looking for a way to make something more fun then it actually is. Mike rides around the streets of New York broadcasting his pirate radio show "The Sewer Hour". He also likes to cook and eat, especially odd combinations of food. Sometimes the Turtles laugh at him and his radio show, but when it all comes down to it, Mike's the one who knows how to throw a party!
Raphael
Raphael is the rebel of the Turtle clan. He and Leonardo have a different point of view. Where Leonardo doesnt want to fight, Raphael will jump in head on with no concern for danger. Usually at that point the other Turtles have to haul his shell out of trouble. Raphael is proud of him motorcycle and will leave the Sewer Den to go crusing around the streets of New York. He is very protective of Venus and tries to impress her often.
Master Splinter
Splinter is the rat who taught the Turtles (except for Venus) how to battle against evil. Even there is nothing more he can teach them, he still offers his wise advise when needed. The Turtles mostly just call him Splinter now, instead of the more formal Master Splinter. He is constantly reminding them to be stealthy, but that's difficult to do when they drive through the streets on a Hummer and a motorcycle.
Venus DeMilo
Venus is the newest editon to the Turtle clan. She comes from China and was raised by ChungI, who unfortunatly passed away while begging for Splinter's release by the Dragon Lord. She is learning the Shinobi arts, which allows her to manipulate Chi to do what she wants it to. She is still just a student, so sometimes her Chi powers get out of hand and cause accidents. Her real name is MeiPeiChi, but was given the nickname Venus De'Milo after a fight with the Foot Clan in which a statue was beheaded.
Chung I
Chung I (pronounced "Chung eeee", not "Chung eye") is Venus' adopted father. He found her swiming around in a drainage ditch when he was in New York and took her back to China with him. He trained her in the Shinobi arts. He would travel to the Relm of Dreams to meditate and talk to Splinter. He died after confronting Dragon Lord and demanding Dragon Lord release Splinter.
Andre
Andre is Master Splinter's dear friend. They spend a lot of time together playing chess. Andre has no idea that Splinter is a giant talking rat, but I dont think he would mind at all if he found out one day. In the episode The Guest, Andre became evicted from his apartment and Splinter let him live in the Sewer Den for a few days while he searches for a new place to live.
Leonardo
