Newtechnix scanned the latest article from Famitsu magazine
about Friends of Mineral Town. There are some new screen shots 
of the horse race, dog Frisbee mini game, fishing off the pier, 
the BTN "your chicken died" funeral scene in GBA form, and a 
little snippet about Luu.

As theorized in Issue 3, Luu is one of the villagers who will 
switch back and forth between the two games. The pictures don't 
say the names of the other villagers, but we can guess since the 
Nintendo Power article mentioned Karen and Popuri would appear 
in AWL, those two flip over from the GBA version to AWL. That's 
just a guess of course.

And as reported from Xengamers:
"Victor Interactive has confirmed that its GameCube RPG Harvest 
Moon: Beautiful Life has been delayed in Japan. Originally 
scheduled for release this April, the game has been delayed 
until sometime in 2003. According to company representatives, 
the added development time will be used to improve lingering 
quality control issues. Despite the delay of the GameCube 
version, a GameBoy Advance installment in the series is still 
scheduled for release this April in Japan. For reference, Victor 
Interactive signed a publishing agreement earlier this year with 
Nintendo to include several upcoming games including the latest 
installments in the Harvest Moon series."

So while Nintendo may be publishing the game this time, it's 
been delayed *again*. At least the GBA one is right on schedule 
so far :)
