I forgot to save a tomato from my last summer Harvest so the only salad I can make for the first cooking contest is a herb salad, but I can't find Chamomile. Does it not grow in the fall?

What other salads can I make?

If you can somehow acquire Spinach, then you can make Boiled Spinach, which is a salad... Spinach is a fall crop, although it won't unlock until year 2, unless you were somehow able to get spinach seeds in year one... (If you acquire seeds that normally don't unlock until later years before that year, then Gombe will start to sell those seeds... So if you have gotten Spinach seeds through a request or by a reward, then you can go to Gombe every day to see if he's selling the seeds...) Other than that, I can't really suggest anything else when it comes to salad for the fall...

Chamomile only grows in spring and summer. But you can find lots of lavender and some mint in fall.
