...really, there's no way to reconcile the differences between 64 and BTN.

lmao :lol: Actually the reason why I thought that up was because I really couldn't see how high-class Anna could end up with a plant-loving freak in Basil. BTN did alot of amazing with the character's relations, in fact it made far more sense for alot of the new relationships than HM64 EXCEPT the whole Anna-Basil-Lillia-Thomas-Harris thing. It's still bugging me you know, how can someone be wearing silk gloves and live in the city (that's where Mary's family said they came from) and not feel weird? And Harris really should have stayed your rival for Mary, it just makes more sense.

Karen's family in HM64 was really dysfunctional man. An alcoholic dad, a depressed (probably abused) mom, Kai the slave (is it even legal?) or servant. And possibly being a sister to Cliff who has brown hair with 2 blonde locks.

karen was cliff's cousin in 64.

i prefer the 64 relationships, actually. all of them make more sense than the BTN relationships to me, except maybe ellixjeff as a pairing, since he's practically her dad. the BTN pairings are a bit « What The Eggplant » to me. and yes, i played BTN before playing 64.
