can you marry minaral town charictars that come to town a certain day like grey

Keep in mind though that if your playing the boy version and you marry a mineral town girl, your game will end. But if your playing the girl version and marry a mineral town guy then your alright.

I thought you can only marry them and have them come into the town if you have Friends of Mineral Town in your DS when your playing. Am I wrong because I'm just not sure.

They don't come to town at all unless you connect with (M)FoMT. Also you only need to connect once and save, you don't need to play with it in the GBA slot the whole time.
