There are a handful of ingredients that you can only acquire once a year. The Buckwheat Flour come from the New Years Eve festival if you don't have any items equipped in the colored slots of your Rucksack, and Ricecakes are given to you at the New Years Day festival.

When selecting milk or eggs, any size will work unless specified in the recipe.

The stamina recovery amounts listed below are what you'll recover when you eat a standard cooked meal. Sometimes you can successfully include additional ingredients that will influence the amount of stamina you can recover. For example, you can add a Small Fish to the Stir Fry recipe and increase the amount of Strength recovery from 50 points to 57 points. Adding bonus ingredients is done by tapping the "Arrange" button after selecting the recipe you want to make. Not every recipe supports the addition of extra ingredients; adding an incompatible extra ingredient to a cooking recipe will result in a Failed Dish. Eating a Failed Dish will cause -10 Strength recovery and +10 Fatigue.

You can see your current strength and fatigue values by equipping the Truth Bangle purchased from the Casino shop. Remember, your strength points (STR) count down to zero, and your fatigue points (FAT) count up to 100. When you reach 100 FAT, your character will pass out from exhaustion regardless of how much strength you have remaining.

You can temporarily increase your stamina by equipping accessories. Equip a Goddess Broach to temporarily increase your overall Strength, and equip a Kappa Broach to temporarily increase your Fatigue buffer. Removing the broach from your accessory slot will return your STA/FAT values to the default of 100.
