On the previous day (the 23rd), talk to any one of the girls who has a Green heart
or higher. She'll invite you to spend the Starry Night Festival with her family. If you
agree, meet at her house after 6pm on the 24th to have a nice dinner with your honey and
her relatives. When the event is over you'll appear back in your farmhouse the next
morning.
